Materiais educativos sobre saúde indígena frequentemente desconsideram a identidade cultural e linguística das comunidades, afetando sua aceitação e eficácia. Este artigo apresenta o desenvolvimento de material impresso interativo bilíngue (Português-Guarani) sobre saúde bucal para crianças indígenas da Aldeia Araçaí-PR, desenvolvido em Curso de Graduação em Design Gráfico. O processo de design incluiu estudos analíticos e de campo na Aldeia, elaboração e validação do material por especialista em saúde, e avaliação com 20 crianças. Isto levou a aprimoramentos no material, valorizando a identidade cultural indígena, promovendo informação estruturada e relevante para a comunidade.

CONGIC 2025:

Educational materials on indigenous health often disregard the cultural and linguistic identity of the communities, affecting their acceptance and effectiveness. This article presents the development of bilingual (Portuguese-Guarani) interactive printed material on oral health for indigenous children from the Araçaí-PR Village, developed during a Graphic Design undergraduate course. The design process included analytical and field studies in the village, preparation and validation of the material by a health specialist, and evaluation with 20 children. This led to improvements in the material, valuing indigenous cultural identity and promoting structured and relevant information for the community.
