New modular structures constructed by click chemistry

Abstract:

Inspired by diferent natural compounds withcytotoxic activity, we synthesised new modularcompounds by Click Chemistry, using two kinds ofbuilding blocks which can be easily coupled. TheCu(I) catalyzed version of the Huisgen reaction, wasthe tool selected for the coupling of the buildingblocks. These compounds have been tested todetermine their antiproliferative activity against fivehuman solid tumor cell lines.
