Transmedia storytelling applied to design for education

Nowadays, there is a necessity to close the gaps between the Educational System and the social-technical context in which students are immersed and give the opportunity to receive an education that takes into account their different preferences and interests. This research introduces the transmedia storytelling as an innovative resource so as to motivate significant learning which is connected with the new media production and knowledge distribution, bearing in mind the diversity of students profiles.
