CIDI 2025:

CIDI 2025:

The aim of this paper is to describe and analyse government infographics aimed at women. The analysis focuses on the classification of infographics and the application of humanistic and emancipatory principles from a feminist perspective. To this end, a review of studies on infographics related to governments and/or women was conducted, followed by the analysis of seventeen infographics from five countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile and Spain, in the fields of education, health, security and labour. The results show that the use of infographics in the dissemination of public policies aimed at women is still limited and for the most part, does not incorporate humanistic and emancipatory principles.
