O dióxido de carbono é um dos gases causadores do aquecimento global. Esse trabalho busca desenvolver uma tecnologia capaz de capturar CO2 a partir de um adsorvente sólido de baixo custo e de fácil regeneração. A hidrotalcita se destaca por suas propriedades, como alta área superficial, estabilidade térmica e boa capacidade de adsorção/dessorção, mostrando potencial para aplicação em altas temperaturas.
