A administração oral de insulina em diabéticos é restringida pela sua degradação enzimática antes de atingir a região de absorção intestinal. Porém, esferas de alginato e proteína isolada do soro de leite contendo insulina podem protegê-la do ambiente estomacal. A liberação do medicamento em meio aquoso foi descrita como predominantemente controlada pelo processo de difusão fickiana.O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o efeito da concentração inicial de insulina, no intervalo de 18,85a 56,55 mol.m
