"Project management is an important topic for businesses to understand ifthey want to produce goods and services on schedule, within budget, and with valuefor stakeholders. However, undertakings are now more intricate, multifaceted, andtransdisciplinary than before. To optimize project outcomes, risk management andcommunication management must adjust to this complexity. The relationship betweenproject complexity, risk management, and communication is discussed in this article.In order to do this, a thorough analysis of the literature on the subjects of complexity,risk management, and communication management was conducted. This was followedby a suggestion for the relationship between complexity and risk and communicationmanagement. "
