Inovações Tecnológicas e Organizacionais nos Serviços Intensivos em Conhecimento no Brasil

O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar a interdependência entre as inovações organizacionais (IO) e tecnológicas (IT) para empresas brasileiras inovadoras de Serviços Intensivos em Conhecimento (SICs). Em termos teóricos, foi mostrado que essas inovações são uma via de mão-de-dupla, sendo as inovações organizacionais mais relevantes no contexto dos SICs. Já em termos empíricos, foram analisadas 595 empresas presentes na Pesquisa de Inovação e Pesquisa Anual de Serviços no período 2009 a 2014 identificando a existência de um “feedback cruzado” entre IO e IT: As IOs internas são induzidas por ITs de produto prévias enquanto induzem ITs de processo. Também se observa efeitos cumulativos para esses três tipos de inovações, mas com maior importância para a IT de produto.
