Effectiveness or ineffectiveness of dynamic images of instructional manual for electronics products?

This study discusses on analytical and experimental perspectives the effective communication of dynamic images of instruction manuals for electronic products. For this, observe the ability to allow access and identification of information and the ability to convey the messages of dynamic images (illustrations with representing of actions), identifying its main conceptual and graphs problems and suitability for the profile of the reader found in perspectives theoretical and practical. Thus, it was characterized by two phases: analytical research and experimental research, working on the images in theoretical bases directly (the analytic approach of dynamic images from Wanderley 2010) and from the participation of own readers of the manuals, respectively. With result of this research, questions the effectiveness of dynamic images of these instructional manuals and points to the existence of structural, informational and graphic content problems and also inadequation for the reader profile.
