Os coworking spaces (CWS) são apresentados como pilares sustentáveis para o desenvolvimento do ecossistema urbano e empreendedor. Durante a pandemia gerada pela COVID-19 os CWS experimentaram transformações estruturais, evidenciando sua capacidade de adaptação e criação de maneiras inovadoras para reajustar seus modelos de negócios. Este estudo teve como objetivo investigar como as startups cocriam valor por meio da experimentação dos serviços oferecidos pelos CWS; desta forma, a pesquisa pretende compreender como as startups acessam, adaptam e integram recursos relevantes para a concretização de novas oportunidades de negócios, potencializando a criação de novos conhecimentos e o desenvolvimento de inovações. Esta pesquisa contribui com a literatura por ampliar o conhecimento e entender as preferências das startups em relação aos serviços oferecidos durante e após a pandemia gerada pela COVID-19 e como a experimentação destes serviços permite às startups cocriar valor.

Coworking spaces (CWS) are presented as sustainable pillars for the development of the urban and entrepreneurial ecosystem. During the pandemic generated by COVID-19, CWS experienced structural transformations, demonstrating their ability to adapt and create innovative ways to readjust their business models. This study aimed to investigate how startups co-create value by experimenting with the services offered by CWS; In this way, the research intends to understand how startups access, adapt and integrate relevant resources for the realization of new business opportunities, enhancing the creation of new knowledge and the development of innovations. This research contributes to the literature by expanding knowledge and understanding startups' preferences regarding the services offered during and after the pandemic generated by COVID-19 and how the experimentation of these services allows startups to co-create value.
