Artigo completo:

In this article we analyze the specific challenges faced by the technological transfer, understood as the way to effectively apply scientific and technological knowledge developed in Argentine public universities in the production of goods and services. We propose an analytical fragmentation of the process of application of technological knowledge in 3 moments: production, adoption/absorption and realization. We define these based on the uncertainties that affect the application process: scientific-technological, scaling and market. This exercise allows us to introduce analysis dimensions and specific obstacles to each moment and transversal to them. We then apply this analytical framework to a case study of technological linkage at the Universidad Nacional de San Martín, based on two experiences developed in part in the context of two projects financed by the Fondo Argentino Sectorial (FONARSEC).
