ALCOÓLISE NÃO CATALÍTICA DE BLENDAS DOS ÓLEOS RESIDUAIS DE FRITURA E CRAMBE

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar a produção de ésteres doóleo residual de fritura (ORF), óleo de crambe (OC) e das blendas (ORF e OC)utilizando etanol supercrítico. Os experimentos foram realizadas em reator tubular,avaliando o efeito da temperatura (275 e 300 ºC) e tempo de residência (10, 20,30 e45 minutos), mantendo fixas as variáveis pressão (20 MPa) e razão mássica deóleo:etanol (1:2). Os resultados demonstraram que o incremento da temperatura e dotempo de residência favorecem a produção de ésteres, no entanto ocorreu aumento dadecomposição. Na temperatura de 300 °C foi obtido maior teor de ésteres para o OCe blenda 25 ORF/75 OC com 70,84% e 67.95% respectivamente.
