Abordagens e relações teórico-metodológicas entre experiência do usuário e design emocional

Approach and theoretical methodology relationships between user experience and emotional design

MORISSO, João Gabriel Danesi ; GITIRANA, Marcelo Ferreira Gomes ;

Artigo:

Artigo:

This article aims to find and evaluate published academic approaches that bring together areas of user experience (UX) and emotional design. With a systematic bibliographic review using the Scopus, Periódicos Capes, ACM Digital Library and Web of Science databases, studies related to the theme were selected to verify theoretical methodology approximation between the areas. As a result, possible paths were found for integration between the two areas in recent studies. Demonstrating theoretical approaches, models, and methodology to be used in new research comprehending both areas.
