This paper presents an exploratory study with professionals in the field of interface design and software development regarding the attention to the aspect of user satisfaction and the use or not of questionnaires for evaluates this aspect. Through questionnaires and interviews, we sought to verify the hypotheses that (H1) the use of a questionnaire for the assessment of user satisfaction by project teams is low, (H2) and this low usage due to ignorance on the part of design team, about free tools with quality for development, implementation and management of the satisfaction questionnaire. Based on this research the evidences led to prove the hypothesis H1, however what was perceived about the hypothesis H2 is that the low use of satisfaction questionnaires was more because of the unreliability of responses than lack of knowledge of the professionals about the existence of satisfaction questionnaires.
