"A mudança no foco da Interação Humano-Computador tem incorporado além da usabilidade, conceitos como a experiência, aspectos emocionais, especialmente, no cenário atual de tecnologias inteligentes cada vez mais inseridas em nosso cotidiano. Essa nova perspectiva tem provocado a emergência de abordagens e inovações no Design. Apesar das distintas perspectivas quanto à conceituação do termo experiência do usuário, o papel das emoções tem sido descrito como um fator de grande relevância a ser considerado no contexto da interação, pois tem provocado um impacto significativo nas experiências vivenciadas. Considera-se assim, nesse cenário mais dinâmico, o usuário, o sistema/produto projetado e o ambiente de uso. O objetivo deste artigo é abordar esses aspectos envolvidos na experiência, presentes na interação usuário- produto/serviço, focando nos conceitos e inter-relação da experiência e da emoção, e de seus respectivos níveis (visceral, comportamental e reflexivo). Pretende-se abordar esses conceitos destacando a importância de compreender e projetar para as emoções do usuário."

The change in the focus of the Human-Computer Interaction has incorporated beyond usability, concepts such as experience and emotional aspects, especially in the scenario of intelligent technologies increasingly inserted in our daily lives. This new perspective has provoked the emergence of approaches and innovations in Design. Despite the distinct perspectives regarding the conceptualization of the term user experience, the role of emotions has been described as a highly relevant factor to be considered in the context of interaction, since it has been observed to have a significant impact on the experiences. Thus, in this more dynamic scenario, the user, the designed system/product and the environment of use are considered. The aim of this article is to address these new aspects involved in the experience, present in the user-product/service interaction, focusing on the concepts and interrelationship of experience and emotion, and their respective levels (visceral, behavioral and reflective). It is intended to approach these concepts, highlighting the importance of understanding and designing for the user's emotions.
