Digital Manufacturing technologies for Responsive Artifacts Development

This paper presents the development of a responsive object that addresses issues concerning to digital manufacturing processes as dynamic geometric modelling, where you can check formal and functional aspects of the product; the use of mechanisms for interaction between user and product, through sensors, controllers and their respective programming; and manufacturing using CAD / CAM resources. The aim is to develop a system for responsive objects development through digital manufacturing technologies in order to contribute for concepts implementation in new products design.
